If you Devwatch someone everything new that they submit to DeviantArt (ie. images, journals, poetry, etc.) will go to your messages so that you can see them from there. It's kind of like an inbox where a link is sent to. To devwatch someone you just go to their page and click the devwatch button. There will be check boxes to click if you want to recieve their journals, photos, etc. It's a great thing to use when you like someone's artworks and you don't want to miss their new ones. I hope what I just wrote makes sense If not ask me to clear things up lol.
